How long do bulk orders take to complete?
We need just 4-6 business days to complete most orders. If you’re short on time, send us an email as soon as possible so we can help you out!

What garments can you print on?
We specialize in 100% cotton and poly-cotton garments as well as tote bags. Fresh Prints also offers a lot more styles. We print tees, tank tops, sweatshirts, and hoodies. We do not print on koozies, bathing suits or materials containing nylon (Ex. Windbreaker jackets or pants).

Can I order less than 6 shirts? Or more than 360?
For screen printing, our minimum order requirement is 6 garments but if you need between 1-5 shirts we can print them with heat transfer vinyl. (See Services Page for more info on heat transfer vinyl printing)
We can also accommodate large bulk orders up to 500 shirts. Send us an email with the specifics of your order and we’ll get back to you with a price estimate ASAP.

How can I lower my costs?
There are a few ways you can get the most for your money. If your print has multiple colors, consider limiting your design to a single color. If you chose a tri-blend or poly/cotton shirt, you could choose a 100% cotton shirt instead as they are cheaper. If you have choose to have more than one print such as on the back or sleeve of the shirt consider limiting the number of prints. More prints, higher cost per shirt. As you can see from the price guide the more shirts you order the lower the cost per shirt.

Do you offer Design help?
Of course! We offer free design help with all orders, but if your design requires a ton of work or multiple edits, our graphic design team will take care of it for $25 per additional hour of work required.

Can I add custom names and numbers on the back?
You sure can! If you need just a custom name or just custom number, its an additional $4 per shirt. If you would like both names and numbers, that will cost an additional $7 per shirt.
Returns & Exchanges
At Fresh prints we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
(Returns & Exchanges for Fresh Prints Branded Apparel only. Custom Printed items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged)

Please include your invoice in your package so we have your name, email address, phone number and order number. We will need this information to complete your request!

Fresh prints will not accept returns or exchanges for any t-shirts that have been washed, dried, damaged, stained or which contain any odors, such as smoke.

T-shirts must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.

If a refund is due it will be made to the customer via their original method of payment (minus shipping charges). (No refunds for custom printed items)

Shipping costs for any non-damaged or non-flawed returns or exchanges will be the customer's responsibility. We will pay the shipping for an exchanged shirt.
